FCA Management is a customer and data-driven third-party property management firm serving selected clients in the southeast and mid-Atlantic. Utilizing an approach that is both high tech and high touch, the company works to optimize both client returns and resident satisfaction while managing more than 16,000 Class A and Class B multifamily properties.  Our property management platform spans across the Southeast in NC, SC, GA, TN, AL, FL, VA, and TX.  We currently manage and consult on over 20,000+ units.

We work closely with our clients on existing assets and potential acquisitions to recommend renovation plans including scope, pricing, and rent analysis.  We have preferred vendors in our markets that provide competitive bids for your project and our property management software gives us the ability to successfully manage the process of properly tracking and turning units to completion.

The Team at FCAM has been directly involved in over 10,000 units of new development and can provide assistance and recommendations through the process.  Some of the services we provide are listed below: 

*Market and sub-market data including: Monthly market survey, detailed demographic reports, and development proforma

*Detailed review and recommendations of unit mix, floorplans, and amenity programming

*Attendance at key regular client, architectural, design and construction meetings to participate in all phases of the development phase

*Provide recommendations on access control, audio/visual plan, amenity space layout, interior design/FFE, landscaping plan, prospect tour path,    interior and exterior signage package

*Present strategic marketing/branding plan.  Manage third party vendors for logo design, brand guide, splash page, website, promotional products,  SEO/SEM, and internet listing services.

*Project unit rents and absorption pace

*Provide recommendations on parking, telephone, cable, internet, trash removal, water/sewer, and other revenue producing services

*Prepare pre-leasing, lease-up, and stabilized operating budgets

  • Bob Moore
    Founder & CEO

    Bob has over 20 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry, having overseen the operations of 10,000+ units in the Southeast and completed the lease-up process of over 6000 units new development communities.


    Mr. Moore began his career in Property Management as a Leasing Consultant and worked his way through all on-site and corporate positions. 


    He gained valuable experience working with REITs, Fee Management, and private LLCs such as Greystar, MAA, Riverstone Residential, and CWS Apartment Homes, LLC. His concentration has been on urban mid-rises, high-rises, and suburban garden lease-ups.  He has vast experience with acquisitions, renovations, value-add and new construction development. 


    In June of 2017, Mr. Moore built out and launched FCA's property management platform and has grown the portfolio to over 16,000 units under management and consults on over 5000 units of new construction development across the Southeast and into the mid-Atlantic.  He is an expert in all facets of multi-family operations and works intimately with clients consulting on best strategies for their new construction developments and value-add opportunities.  Before joining FCA Management, LLC as CEO, Bob was Senior Director with Greystar, working in both real estate operations and client services overseeing 12,000 units in the Southeast. 


    Bob graduated with honors from Johnson & Wales University in Charleston, SC.  He holds his CAM and CAPS designations and is a Board of Directors member of the NMHC as well as an Advisory Board member for Entryway.

  • Jennifer O Brien
    Chief Operating Officer

    Jennifer has over 15 years of experience in the management of conventional multi-family housing industry. She began her career in Property Management as a Leasing Consultant for a development company in Philadelphia. Jennifer quickly moved through the on-site positions and has held titles in marketing and regional management at the corporate level. Her focus and problem solving skills have been earned through multiple lease-up, take-over and problem communities she brought back to life throughout her career. She has personally onboarded over 50 communities in her ten year. Customer service, staff training and detailed operations are the core to Jennifer's successes in multi-family. Before joining FCA Jennifer earned her Pennsylvania Real Estate License from Temple University and oversaw a large portfolio in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Additionally, she received her PMIC in South Carolina and is currently working to get her CAPS in North Carolina.

  • Brian Wood
    Vice President Property Management

    Brian has over 10 years of experience in the management and operations of the multi-family housing industry. He began his career as a Property Management Intern and quickly worked his way to Regional Property Manager, where he currently oversees 2,100 - units. He gained valuable experience working with both REITs and 3rd Party Management for companies such as Camden Property Trust, Kettler, and Greystar prior to joining FCA Management, LLC. Brian has vast experience with mid-rise, high-rise, stabilized, and lease-up developments, and has worked extensively with institutional clients such as UBS, HUD, and TIAA-Cref. He holds his CAM and CAPS designations through the National Apartment Association, and graduated with a degree in Residential Property Management from Virginia Tech.  

  • Sherrie Ngo
    Senior Regional Property Manager

    Sherrie has more than 25 years of experience in residential property management.  She has a strong background in new construction, renovations, due diligence, and stabilized property operations. She became successful in identifying team development needs and watching trends to prepare for upcoming challenges. In her role, she has been responsible for the overall daily operations of over 5000+ units of market rate communities in portfolios valued at over $8.5 million in both BTR, mid & high rises, garden style, condo-conversion, value-add and more.  Sherrie and her teams have executed more than 30 successful lease ups and helped deliver over $1B in asset dispositions.  She remains committed and goal driven to her teams through an all-encompassing open-door policy, bringing all associates to the table to share ideas, concepts and ways to innovate approaches to the day-to-day site operations. Sherrie has served as an impactful leader for the apartment industry and held numerous board positions at the local, state and national level.  In addition, she holds several designations, including Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and is an FAA Leadership Lyceum graduate.  

  • Robyn Hiland
    Regional Property Manager

    Robin has over 18 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Robin’s focus has been in markets throughout the state of South Carolina. She began her career in Property Management as a Leasing Specialist with Greystar and was instrumental in growing the Charleston market during the 12 years she was with the company. She moved through the onsite positions and became a Regional Manager. Her experience includes, garden style, midrise, lease ups, lease downs, stabilized assets, commercial management and value adds.

    Robin graduated from Georgia College and State University with a degree in Business Management with a concentration in Hospitality and Tourism. Robin’s college internship was at Walk Disney World and worked as the Club Concierge at The Ritz Carlton.

    Robin has her South Carolina Real Estate License.

    Robin has worked closely with the following companies during her multifamily career, Jamestown, Daniel Corp, MetLife, Fundrise, and Strata. 

  • Jorden Holcombe
    Regional Property Manager

    Jorden brings over six years of experience in property management to our team. Her career in the industry began by overseeing operations and managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties within a real estate firm in GA. Transitioning into multi-family, Jorden quickly moved through all on-site positions, gaining valuable experience with Greystar before joining FCA Management. Her experience includes lease-up developments, stabilized, mid-rise and garden-style communities. Actively engaged in her local apartment association, she serves on two committees, staying attuned to industry advancements. She has attained her CAM designation through the National Apartment Association and is currently working on her CAPS credentials.

  • Josh Wyatt
    Regional Property Manager

    Josh has over 6 years of experience in multifamily management within the Charlotte market. He began his career as a leasing professional with Simpson Housing. Josh Joined FCA in 2020 and managed multiple properties for different ownership groups. He has experience working with lease-up communities, mid-rise, and garden style. Josh has attained his CAM credentials and is a member of the GCAA Education Advisory Council. He is currently working on his CAPS credentials.

    Real Estate Associate

    Mackin Boylan is originally from Raleigh, NC. He obtained a finance degree with honors from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Mackin has lived in Charlotte for the last three years working for RKW Residential as a real estate analyst and Bridge Investment Group as an acquisitions analyst. Mackin enjoys playing golf, watching sports, and going to the beach with his wife, Taylor and their dog Rosie.

    Director of Accounting

    Linda has over 15 years of experience in the multi-family real estate industry. While finishing her degree she started her real estate career on site, working for mid to large sized management companies such as Venterra, Davis Development and Greystar. She rose through the ranks, where she settled into the accounting field. She has overseen the accounting and finance departments for over 10,000 units and more than $1 billion in completed developments. She is passionate about engineering process improvement and navigating transitions, resulting in sustainable efficiencies and cost savings. Leveraging her love for people and the industry as whole, she has been able to assist in the development and growth of several management companies. 

  • Shannon Young
    Property Controller

    Shannon is a certified public accountant with over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. From underwriting CMBS loans to leading a treasury management team, her primary focus has been providing accurate reporting with strong attention to detail. For the past 10 years she has excelled in real estate accounting with development companies headquartered in Charlotte. At FCAM Shannon manages the property accounting team to include overseeing the month end close process as well as the onboarding of new properties. A native of North Carolina, Shannon completed both her undergrad and Master of Science degree in Accounting from Appalachian State.

    Marketing Manager

    Samantha is a proactive and results-oriented professional offering a background in customer service, property management, marketing, and sales. Her career began as a Leasing Professional in the bustling Southeastern Pennsylvania market – and has held titles of Property Manager and Marketing Manager. With nearly 10 years of on, and off-site experience, her focus has been on marketing strategies, content management, social media marketing, and SEO for 17+ assets in varying states. She has been involved in the onboarding of several communities, and has expansive knowledge in the development, and execution of seamless transitions along with proven results in customer satisfaction.

  • Robin Tobiczyk
    Senior Property Accountant

    Robin has over 8 years of experience in property accounting.  Before she came to FCAM she was responsible for the accounting department at a small, family-owned firm in Saint Clairsville, Ohio.  This firm not only managed other people’s property but also owned several properties, both residential and commercial.  While there, Robin managed the accounting department, working with property owners and managers to make sure that everyone was getting the information that they needed as well as making sure that the rest of the department was meeting their deadlines.  Robin received her MBA from Liberty University and her undergraduate degree in accounting from Mountain State University.  

  • Jamie Kopczynski
    Property Accountant

    Jamie brings over 10 years of Property Management experience to her role as Property Accountant for FCA Management. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the property accounting functions, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Cash Management, Account Reconciliations, General Ledger Maintenance, Prepare Monthly & Quarterly Reports for the Properties. She collaborates with the on-site Property Managers to assist with any Accounting related issues.

    Jamie joined FCA Management in May 2020 from Greystar management, a Property and Investment Management company, as an on-site Property Manager for the past 5 years.  She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to merge the property accounting and property level functions together.  She holds her CAM designations through the National Apartment Association.
